Ooni has introduced the Volt 2, a $699 indoor pizza oven launching October 1st. It features “Pizza Intelligence,” an adaptive heating system that balances top and bottom elements for even cooking. The oven reaches 850°F (450°C), baking a Neapolitan pizza in about 90 seconds, and includes presets for Neapolitan, New York, and deep-pan styles, plus custom options. Designed for 13-inch pizzas, it’s compact enough for countertops.
