Microsoft’s AI-powered Designer app is now available for iOS and Android, exiting its preview phase. The app allows users to create and edit custom images, stickers, greeting cards, invitations and more using templates and AI. Originally available on the web and through Microsoft Edge, Designer is now free for anyone with a Microsoft account.
Designer features include text prompts for generating images, various templates, an avatar creator and tools for editing images such as restyling, adding borders and removing backgrounds. It integrates with Copilot in Word and PowerPoint for creating images and designs within these apps. Additionally, Windows Insiders can access Designer features in the Photos app on Windows 11. The app offers 15 free daily boosts for creating or editing images, with the option to upgrade to a Copilot Pro subscription for 100 daily boosts.
