YouTuber MKBHD showcased Samsung’s Project Moohan XR headset, an unfinished Android XR device positioned as a Vision Pro rival. The prototype features Samsung’s Circle to Search tool, a magnetic light shield for adjustable vision and a dial for fit adjustment. Unlike Vision Pro, it doesn’t display the user’s eyes.

The headset includes physical controls like a touchpad, button, and volume rocker. It borrows a removable battery pack design from Apple but uses an easily detachable USB-C cable for quick swaps. Running Android XR, it supports hand gestures, window resizing and Google Play Store apps.

The demo highlighted Google’s Gemini AI integration, enabling location recognition, voice commands and UI navigation. MKBHD’s full video delves deeper into the prototype’s features.
