According to Sam Altman, head of Open AI, rapidly developing artificial intelligence threatens customer service jobs in particular. Artificial intelligence can already handle programming, but according to Altman, the jobs of people in this field are not in danger, because there is rather a shortage of programming services at the moment, and artificial intelligence simply helps to write code in a larger volume.
According to Altman, every technological revolution reduces jobs, but at the same time makes many jobs easier and better paid. Also, due to developments in artificial intelligence, such jobs may arise that we cannot even imagine at the moment.
