Tesla unveiled a new video at the shareholder meeting showing the company’s new humanoid robots that walk and can perform everyday tasks.
Tesla robot was unveiled last year and then it could barely walk, let alone complete tasks. First version was supposed to be close to the production model, but it was held up by a special stand and the machine could only wave at the audience.
The video highlights some of the updates to Tesla’s robotics project, including controlling motor torque, discovering and remembering the environment, training AI based on observed movements and manipulating objects.
