Google added a new useful function “About this image” to its search engine, which allows you to identify whether the image found in the search was generated by an artificial intelligence or is the original source human.
The function also helps to identify the age of the found images, which helps to understand whether the old image has been relaunched to illustrate the current situation. Google then links to online results to see how others, including news outlets and fact-checking sites, have described the image.
Finally, the “About this image” section displays all available metadata added by the creators of the photo. This could include whether it was created or enhanced by AI.
