Otter is launching three AI agents to enhance productivity in meetings and calls. The Otter Meeting Agent can transcribe, summarize, answer questions using company data, schedule meetings and draft emails via voice commands. Currently available for Zoom, it will soon support Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.
Otter is also introducing a Sales Agent for live coaching during calls and an SDR Agent that autonomously demonstrates products. The Sales Agent works on all virtual platforms for enterprise customers, while the SDR Agent is available on Otter’s website. More AI agents for marketing and recruiting are planned.
